Vision: Our north star is a world where every person feels that they matter, where their basic needs are met, and where dignity and compassion are the currency of our interactions with one another and the planet.
Mission: To provide warm and grounded facilitation - accompanying individuals, community groups and organizations in community building and addressing conflict so that they can navigate and repair harm, emerging clearer, safer and more connected.
A work-in-progress fusion of Maine-based restorative justice facilitators, team builders, leadership development coaches and culture change agents with particular interests in collaborative leadership, accountability and healing at the individual, interpersonal and systemic levels. If you're in search of an ally or colleague in these fields, we hope you'll be in touch.
Founder and Principle Facilitator: Sarah Mattox (she / her). Mattox has over 20-years of experience working in the restorative field. From facilitating juvenile court diversion programming and RJ responses to adult crime, to holding space for non-profit organizations to attend to the health of their internal relationships, to training and coaching on implementation of restorative workplaces, she brings a wide breadth of practical experience to helping groups move through harm and conflict. She is committed to a co-facilitation model and feels fortunate to engage numerous amazing people to work alongside her.
